In addition to dozens of victories across the country last week, McLaughlin & Associates was proud to be part of the campaigns and independent efforts that helped deliver a Republican majority for Congress which predominantly ran through New York and Florida. We would like to acknowledge some of our most notable winners this cycle.
In New York State, we helped flip three Congressional seats from Blue to Red including a historic victory unseating the Chairman of the DCCC for the first time in 40 years and successfully worked for the New York State Conservative Party and Chairman Joe Cairo and the Nassau County Republican Committee.

We are proud to have helped Bill Weber unseat an incumbent Democrat in NY SD 38 and re-elect Senator Jim Tedisco in NY SD 44.
In Florida, we helped Attorney General Ashley Moody in her historic re-election campaign where she was the highest statewide vote getter.
In Florida congressional elections, we helped Republicans win 7 seats including 2 GOP pickups.

On the legislative front, we worked with the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF), the Florida Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee (FRSCC) and individual campaigns to win every single battleground district that we polled in helping Republicans achieve historic supermajorities in both the State Senate and State House. Many of our Florida legislative highlights were in historically Democratic districts – including re-electing state representatives Fred Hawkins (HD 35), Mike Caruso (HD 87) and Demi Busatta Cabrera (114) by resounding margins, defeating a Democrat incumbent in Greater Orlando (HD 37 – Republican Susan Plasencia) and winning an open seat formerly held by Democrats in Miami (HD 113 – Republican Vicki Lopez).
Through the NRCC Independent Expenditure, we helped win in NJ CD 07 – Tom Kean Jr.
In Alabama, Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth, received over 80% of the vote.

In Indiana, we helped protect six Republican incumbents and defeated a Democratic incumbent, expanding the Republican State Senate supermajority from 39 to 40 of the 50 seats.

In Georgia we were honored to have worked for House Speaker David Ralston to keep the Republican Majority in the State House. It is with great sadness on Speaker Ralston’s passing that we send our thoughts and prayers to his wife Sheree, his family and colleagues. It was an honor to help Speaker Ralston pass their agenda including election integrity to serve the people of Georgia.
