Congratulations to the Job Creators Network Foundation for successfully being a part of the team—along with the State AG’s—that took the fight all the way to the Supreme Court to protect America’s taxpayers by stopping Biden’s unfair student loan bailout.
Although JCNF’s case was dismissed on standing, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the State AGs providing a victory to all Americans. JCNF’s lawsuit last November played an integral role in this victory when the district court judge blocked the program and allowed the case to move forward to the Supreme Court.
As a result of this victory, American taxpayers won’t have to finance the inflationary debt of another $400 billion to fund Biden’s bailout.
