After completing a benchmark study in a district, city, county or state we are capable of appending that data to full voter files of a population and extrapolating out the hidden values for voters within the population who are similar to those benchmarked in the sample. Using significance testing we are able to assign values to all voters and predict their likelihood to vote, propensity to vote for our candidate and/or to be swayed by a certain issue. This is especially helpful in direct-mail campaigns, digital advertising, canvassing and get-out-the-vote efforts.
